Who are we? 

Freestyle food services is a small family run buisness.The buisness itself is run from home although the food is prepared and cooked off site in a hygenic, fully vetted kitchen that follows the 'safer food better buisness' plan set out by the Food stadards Agency. Our fully qualified chef over looks the entire food process and has extremly high standards so be ensured that your food will always be of this standard.

What do we offer?

We offer Medway and the surrounding area quality, profesionaly propered buffet food for nearly any occasion. We use only the best ingredients to ensure your food is as fantastic as you want it to be with out the huge price tag.

Liabilty 

Freestyle Food services do not accept liability for any incidents that occur when the following is not followed: We recommend keeping the food fresh for as long as possible by storing at a temperature between 1-5 'C and ensuring foods are not kept out for any longer than 3 hours especially through hot periods.

The food is prepared by A fully qualified chef with an intermediate food hygiene certificate. So you can be sure you will receive only the best quality.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by phoning 07999612030 and talking to a member of the Freestyle Food Service team or e-mail us direct at freestylefoodservices@googlemail.com.

When do I need to book my order by?

Answer

Orders should be booked at least 28 days before the date required but we do try our best to accommodate bookings that are placed within 28 days of date required.

When do I need to make the payment by?

Answer

Payments should be made in full 14 days before date of event. Last minute bookings need to be paid in full (cash or credit card) no later than 3 days before event.

How do I make a payment?

Payment methods are by cheque which should be made pay-able to Phillip Hinchcliffe, credit or debit card or in cash.

Do you require a deposit?

Answer

A non refundable deposit of 10% is required within 7 days of the date of booking

I need to cancel do you offer refunds?

Answer

You will be able to claim a full refund (less the deposit) if you inform us 14 days in advance of booking date and a 50% refund will be offered if you inform us 7 days in advance of booking date but no refunds will be offered any later than this date.

When can I expect to receive the food?

You will receive the food on time and date specified by yourself when ordering (although some buffets can take up to 30 minutes to set up).

How long can I keep the food out for?

We recommend only keeping food out for a maximum of 3 hours so ensure you don’t make your booking time to early.

What do I need to provide?

All you need to do is provide us with the tables for the food.

Food is presented on foil disposable trays (please recycle where possible) to make then cleaning up easier for you.

The food is transported using thermo boxes to keep it fresh and at a safe temperature during the period in the vehicle.

Do you have to pay a delivery charge?

We deliver to anyone in the ME4, ME5 area and 7.5 miles from these post codes free of charge, otherwise charges will be added at £1.50 a mile.
